Hotwired

I provided technical support and inspiration for Hotwired’s web designers for emerging technologies. I prototyped and produced interface elements, splashy front door animations, DHTML and CSS presentations. I also rotated the ads for a while; let us not speak of that.

Livewired

Hotwired’s experiment into “push” media, DHTML, and semiotic screensavers. Architected the DHMTL channel and developed techniques for the graphic designers to create stunning visual designs using (at the time) emerging technologies of XML and CSS. While the project wasn’t a commercial success it can be found for all time on the Windows 98 install disk.
